Junior Chamber of Commerce ("Jaycees")
This building is home to the Hammond chapter of the Jayceees. In 1960, Duane Shafer of Carr Printing is president. The service organization meets every other Tuesday night at 7:30 pm.

The women's auxiliary, the Jaycee Jaynes, meets here on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 pm. Mrs Robert McIntyre is the president of the Jaynes in 1960.
